Forward Kyle Greentree (Victoria, 1999-2004) wasn't offered a contract for 2015-16 by the Schwenninger Wild Wings of the German Elite League. The 31-year-old had 32 points (11 goals, 21 assists) in 50 games this season, his first with the Wild Wings.

Goaltender Lucas Gore (Vernon, 2007-08) signed a contract for the remainder of the 2014-15 season with the Stockton Thunder of the ECHL. After three seasons with Chilliwack of the WHL, Gore committed to play for the University of Regina and while in the CIS, had a 22-46-1 record with two shutouts.

Defenseman Brandon Manning (Prince George, 2007-08) is back in the NHL after being recalled by Philadelphia from the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the AHL. Manning has 42 points (10 goals, 32 assists) in 54 games with the Phantoms this season and one assist in three games with the Flyers.







Selkirk College will get an opportunity to three-peat as BCIHL champions. The Saints eliminated the University of Victoria with a 4-1 win to sweep their best-of-three BCIHL Semifinal series 2-0. Matt Martin had the winner for Selkirk College while Mason Spear and Jamie Vlanich each had a goal and an assist in the win. James Prigione made 20 saves in goal for the Saints. Cameron Rowat scored the lone goal for UVic and Scott Legault kicked out 29 shots for the Vikes. 

Selkirk advances to face Simon Fraser University in the BCIHL Finals for the second time in three seasons. The Saints beat Trinity Western last season and SFU in 2013 to claim back-to-back BCIHL titles.
