Another Netminder Against PG

The Cents will have another goaltender in uniform tonight as Jacob Mattes will back up Harrison May against the Prince George Spruce Kings. Kyle Nielsen is still suspended for his role in the line brawl against Westside last month, got handed four games and will be eligible to return on Sunday against Trail. Boomer Sheena, who backed up May prior to the Christmas break is with his Tracker Sportswear Midget team at a tournament in Victoria and isn't available. Kyle Graham, who's also listed as an AP with the Cents, is with the Kamloops Storm in Grand Forks tonight. As a result Mattes, who is just 15 years old, will make his junior 'A' debut. Things would be very interesting if anything were to happen to May and Mattes was forced to go in. Regardless, the Cents are coming that huge win over Quesnel just about two weeks ago and look to continue it tonight against PG. The forward ranks should get a big boost with the return of Dustin Johnson. He has been battling a separated shoulder and was a game time decision versus the Mills. His addition should bring more offensive support to Grant, Goodship, and Valenti. Enjoy the game!
